Q. Does Pratt-Abbott charge a delivery fee?

A. No. You pay our prices listed at the store that services your garments. There are no additional fees.

Q. Where do you pick up and drop off my clothes?

A. You choose the place at your home where you'd like our drivers to pick up and drop off your clothes. Please remember, it's best if you choose a weather-sheltered location.

Q. What type of bag should I put my clothes in for pick-up?

A. As part of our personalized service, we will provide you with a sturdy Pratt-Abbott Home Delivery Service Tote Bag at no charge. If you do not have a Pratt-Abbott Home Delivery Service Tote Bag, just leave your dry cleaning in a plastic bag in your usual drop off location. Please be sure to mark "Dry Cleaning for Pratt-Abbott" on the bag in large letters. Your driver will pick it up and leave a Pratt-Abbott Home Delivery Service Tote Bag for your next order.

Q. How do I tell Pratt-Abbott Home Delivery Service about a special request for garment care?

A. Simply fill out the special instructions form in the delivery bag care instructions pouch or feel free to insert a detailed note identifying the specific garment (including color, fabric type and label if possible) along with your specific cleaning instructions. If you have any questions, simply call your Personal Account Representative at the designated store or contact our Customer Care Center by e-mailing customerservice@prattabbott.com or call 207-854-5056.

Q. How can I be sure I get all my garments back?

A. Your garment care instruction pouch contains a carbon copy garment checklist. Simply check off what’s in the bag and keep a copy for your records. If there is any discrepancy between what you have checked off and what’s in the bag, we will immediately contact you.
